and then you pay for the custom experiences each person will have (the Sites).

Webflow Workspace Pricing For In-house Teams

Workspaces determine who has Webflow design access to all your sites. You need workspaces to create and grow teams, as well as assign roles and control billing, publishing, and other permissions per team member.

The first thing you should note about Workspace plans is they are priced per seat (per person).

The next thing to note is every workspace plan comes with the feature to transfer sites from that workspace to other workspaces. Along with all the free bells and whistles of the old account plans.

New Changes as of December 2024 - 

In a December 2024 release, Webflow announced quite a few changes, including a few to their pricing plans.  These will affect both the pricing for Sites & Workspaces. So we’re going to cover these changes here.  In fact, calling them price changes is a little inaccurate!  They are more like price adjustments on goodies and add on services!  Webflow didn’t change the pricing on their base plans, just adjust how they price for extra “seats”.  

Under “Workspaces” what Webflow did was change the pricing structure for how extra “Seats” or people on your team who can see and edit your sites are charged.  This structure adds 3 levels of pricing dependent on how much control and access of your site you want someone to have.  The options are FREE for just being able to comment and review a site, $15/month (billed yearly) to be able to edit & build, and $39/month (billed yearly) for full design, management and admin privileges.   They also tweaked some of the items that are included in each of the levels of services, including numbers of pages, CMS items and site password protection to name a few.  As and old saying goes, “The devil is in the details”, so be careful when choosing your plan and make sure you pay attention to the specifics!  These pricing changes are the same across all Workspace plans, whether for in-house teams or for free lancers and agencies!

The other major change is that under “Site Plans” Webflow has added a trio of exciting options to help you reach larger audiences, more efficiently and with great ease.  They are called them the “Optimize”, “Analyze” and “Localization” options.  They cost from as little as $9 a month to $299 a month depending on the level you choose!  This is not charging extra for options that were previously included elsewhere.  These are completely new services that Webflow is now offering their customers.

Webflow has introduced two specialized Workspace plans - Freelancer and Agency - designed specifically for client-focused work. These new plans address the key differences between client collaboration and internal team workflows.

Key Features of the New Workspace Plans:

• Enhanced CMS Capabilities: Build complete sites with up to 10,000 CMS items without requiring a paid Site plan. That's 200 times more than before, available even on un-hosted sites.
• Seamless Client Collaboration: Work directly in client Workspaces with full design access at no extra cost. No more need for shared logins or pushing clients to upgrade their plans.

The 1GB bandwidth and max of 1000 monthly visits means you can’t use this plan for more than light demos.
